This extrusion line technological process
Reco Star PET 165 HC iV Starlinger (Austria), can be divided into several stages, where a continuous process of loading, pre-drying, extrusion, granulation, crystallization, polycondensation in the reactor and unloading of the finished product takes place.

We offer PET flakes for enterprises that use flakes in further processing for the production of various products: packaging tape, polyester fiber, sheets, technical packaging, etc.

PET bottles are carefully sorted by color and various impurities, including PVC, polyethylene and polypropylene, are completely removed.

PET granulate

Our company produces high-quality recycled PET granulate using the latest technologies from polygon PET bottles.

Secondary granulate retains the basic quality characteristics of primary raw materials and can be used for the manufacture of various products.

Recycled PET granulate is available in colored and unpainted form. The following are produced from recycled granulate: preforms, packaging tape, film, polyester fibers, etc.
